Gotham’s 2nd most famous Church had recently added Columnar Line Array loudspeakers adjacent to the Altar to supplement a decades old but serviceable Pew-back loudspeaker system-- but no-one had thought to add delay compensation, and the new system was harder to understand than the old one!

With the addition of a 1x6 digital delay and an hour with the SIM machine to synchronize the arrival times, the system was instantly intelligible and completely satisfactory.
